Why Obama is failure to troops attack on Syria Government Bashar Al-Assad ?

Firstly Barack Obama want support from his congress give positive feedback or support to attack on Syria cause of chemical attack on Syrian innocent people. But most of the authorities do not support it. But Barak Obama say they attack which bounded a limitation and continue a long duration against with Syrian Government Bashar Al-Assad troops. 

On August 21 Syrian military attack to Syrian rebels chemical attack and at least kill one thousand 4 hundred 29 people including children and women. Syrian Government do not say anything now against Barak Obama speech but they ready to protect any attack from foreign country. Another two powerful country China and Russia do not support America.

But they say it so not good for America, they help to Syria protect this attack. Most of the people think Syrian Bashar Al-Assad Military again may be attack to rebels chemical attack. Barak Obama think they should do work save to innocent people in Syria. And he want to continue a long duration this war and which is start small troops by attacking in Syria.
